A few years ago, we began helping a client with their YouTube channel. They had been doing relatively well, getting over a million views the previous year, but only about 6,000 new subscribers. They wanted to expand their reach and their following.

We started by promoting videos with in-stream ads and doubled the number of views, to 2.4 million for the year, but we received only 6,500 new subscribers.
